Our Return Policy To return new or defective merchandise please contact Alternative Hydro for a return of goods authorization number, (RA). Only with this Return Authorization number will we accept any returns. Alternative Hydro doesn't give cash back refunds. Only unused new merchandise (with intact packing material and instructions) may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a web credit. Again, Alternative Hydro does not take back used merchandise. In the case of defective merchandise. Shipping costs on all Non-defective returns and exchanges will be the customer's responsibility.
